1-1 Boxing Development Sessions
What are BoxPerform Development Sessions?
Development sessions are designed for those who want to take their boxing to another level. The sessions are designed specifically around your development. Not one client development plan looks the same.
Some people join Development because they want to compete in boxing & feel lost. They aren’t quite getting the attention from their coaches in the gym & they can’t join a general boxing class as it’s just not specific to them.
Some join as they just want to learn to box. They don’t want to compete, or they don’t currently, but they want the fundamentals down.
This is where we come in. We bridge that gap.
We offer everyone an initial trial where we take you through a part session - part assessment.
We’ll go through your current foundations. Stance, footwork, head movement and offence, amongst everything else and with that information we will build you a plan to help you progress as efficiently as possible.

In the initial session we will assess your boxing fundamentals. We’ll do a full breakdown of your offence and defence which we will use to create your development plan. You have a chance to ask us questions, see how we work and go through the next phase.

Sessions are on a weekly basis. We don’t currently offer bi-weekly or monthly sessions on our development plan as with any skill, time practicing the skill under expert guidance is the best way to improve long term.

As part of your boxing development sessions you will have access to BXPRFM Online our online learning platform (coming soon) and full access to our head coach to contact and ask questions whenever needed.
