1-1 Boxing & Fitness Sessions
What are BoxPerform Boxing & Fitness Sessions?
Boxing & Fitness sessions are designed for those who want to learn boxing but are also interested in its uses for mental health/stress relief, aiding weight loss & using it to supplement their fitness routine instead of it being the sole focus on their training regime.
Some people join because they want to lose weight, improve their fitness, build confidence & feel healthier. Others simply want an enjoyable way to train that keeps them motivated, consistent & a coach to keep them accountable.
These sessions combine boxing-based training with fundamental body weight exercises & core work to help you move better, feel stronger & improve your overall health. While you’ll still learn boxing technique & fundamentals, the primary focus is on helping you achieve your fitness goals.
We offer everyone an initial trial where we’ ll discuss your goals, current fitness levels, training history & any areas you'd like to improve. From there, we'll build a plan that fits your lifestyle & goals.

In the initial session we will assess your current fitness levels, boxing experience & personal goals. We'll identify where you are now, where you want to get to and the most effective route to help you get there.
Using this information, we'll build a plan around your individual needs. You'll also have the opportunity to ask questions, experience how we coach & discuss the next phase of your journey with us.

Sessions are on a weekly basis. We don’t currently offer bi-weekly or monthly sessions on our development plan as with any skill, time practicing the skill under expert guidance is the best way to improve long term.

As part of your boxing development sessions you will have access to BXPRFM Online our online learning platform (coming soon) and full access to our head coach to contact and ask questions whenever needed.
